The power of our surroundings is incorporated into each treatment. And each experience is inspired by the beauty of our rugged coastline.
The spa offers a jacuzzi, cedar sauna, fitness centre, lounge area with fireplace and three treatment rooms.
Hours of Operation are Thursday to Monday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Online reservations can be made through the Jane App 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Our reservations team is available during operating hours to assist you with your booking needs.
For capacity reasons, out-of-house guests are welcome to enjoy our Jacuzzi, cedar sauna, and indoor lounge for one hour before and after treatments. For guests receiving a facial treatment, we recommend enjoying the facilities pre-service.

Rainforest Spa Experience
Upon entering the spa you will be escorted to our calming lounge area where you can sip on tea by the fireplace while you wait for your provider. If you choose to use the facilities before or after your service, you will be guided to our change rooms in the Surf Club.
Reservations
We encourage hotel guests to book spa appointments at the time of guestroom reservation. To best accommodate your request, we recommend scheduling appointments three to four weeks in advance. We are delighted to offer food and beverage options to your spa experience in the Surf Club.
Spa Arrival and Etiquette
With your relaxation in mind, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled treatments. To accommodate all guests, each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of start time. For the courtesy of others, we encourage our guests to unplug or place their phone on silent mode while enjoying the spa facilities.
Health Matters
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g. high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy). You will be asked to complete a Wellness Form upon arrival, so your spa professional can better customize your experience to meet your needs.
Parking
Spa guests are invited to park in the Long Beach Lodge parking lot. Rainforest Spa is located at the back of the parking lot in the Surf Club building.
Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel any spa reservations, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% fee for reserved services. A credit card will be required to secure bookings.
Spa Attire
Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy; however, for your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments.
Taxes
Local taxes will be added to all spa services and packages.
